A Temp-Mail alternative where you set the timer

Temp-Mail (temp-mail.org) is the best-known temporary email site, and for good reason. If you are looking for an alternative, it is usually because you want more control over how long your address lives, or a simpler way back to the same inbox.

What TempDog does differently

• You choose the lifetime. Press Change duration and pick anything from 5 minutes to 30 days. Change it again later and the address stays the same.
• A key instead of an account. Save access gives you a secret key and a QR code. Use it to reopen the same inbox on another phone or computer.
• Close after first email. Need just one code? Turn this on and the address closes 10 minutes after the first email arrives.
• Trackers blocked. Images that report back when you open an email stay hidden until you press Load images.
• Never reused. Addresses are random, and once an address expires it is never given to anyone else.

Where Temp-Mail is better

We would rather tell you than have you find out later:

• Temp-Mail has iOS and Android apps and browser extensions. TempDog works in the browser only.
• Temp-Mail is available in 28 languages. TempDog is available in 11 languages.
• On Temp-Mail the address can stay until you delete it. On TempDog the longest lifetime is 30 days.
