Free temporary email address, ready in one second

A temporary email address, also called a temp email, gives you a working inbox without giving away your real one. Use it for sign-ups, codes and downloads, then let it delete itself.

How to use your temporary email

1. Copy the address above.
2. Paste it into the form that asks for your email.
3. Wait here. Emails and verification codes appear in the inbox within seconds.
4. When you are done, let the timer run out, or keep the address longer with Change duration.

Why people use a temp email

• Less spam. Marketing lists never get your real address.
• More privacy. The address is random and not linked to your name.
• Fewer breach worries. If a site you used once is hacked, your real email is not in the leak.
• No account needed. Nothing to register, no password to remember.

When to use it

• Verification codes for sites you will not need again.
• Coupons and online shopping without the weekly newsletters.
• Free trials you want to try without spam.
• Public Wi-Fi sign-ins at airports, hotels and cafes.
• Testing your own sign-up forms.

When not to use it

Use your real address for banking, payments, healthcare, government services and any account you would hate to lose. Those accounts send password resets and security alerts later, and you need to receive them.

Why use TempDog for a temporary email

• Close after first email for one-time codes.
• Trackers blocked until you press Load images.
